Create a elevator shaft in all floors (except ground floor and top floor) without top elevator.
Step 8: Align the Floors.
Align all floors.
Step 9: Top Elevator
Place a top elevator.
Step 10: Create a Top Floor.
Create a top floor.
Step 11: Terrace
Create a terrace.
Step 12: Top Floor
Create a the rooms of your house on the top floor along with neighboring apartments (if needed).
Step 13: Roof and Terrace
Create a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and stairs to the roof.
Step 14: Furnishing
Furnish top and bottom floors.
Step 15: Create Windows.
Create windows in top and bottom floors.
Step 16: Windows
Create windows in other floors.
Go to wall paints and select this.
Create a style.
Create a style for your outdoor wall.
Drag style to wall 2.
Create a style for wall 2.
Edit first pattern: make black.
Step 17: Paint Outdoor Wall
Paint outdoor wall.
Step 18: Black Balls
- Place a first ball to all 1-4 floor.
- Place second ball to top and bottom hall.
- Place third ball to all empty rooms (without your house).
Go to “?” in buy mode and look 3 balls.
- Place a first ball to all 1-4 floor.
- Place second ball to top and bottom hall.
- Place third ball to all empty rooms (without your house).
