Can Grim Really Father Your Kids?
According to other Simmers in the Reddit thread, the answer is: YES! When using the science baby system, the Grim Reaper is on the list of potential donors. It’s not something you can choose directly, but the game can randomly assign him as the “other parent”. That means there’s always a very low chance your sim ends up with Grim’s child.

What’s Unique About Grimborn?
Grim children usually have a scythe-shaped birth mark and the Grimborn trait, as displayed here:

Is This Just a Glitch?
However, redituserrr15‘s Sim had science twins. One of them was Grimborn, and the other wasn’t, but the one that wasn’t did not have the birth mark on her neck, which made them believe this wall all but a glitch!
