Alright, last Sims 4 Marketplace Roundup, we left off with the release of the Yianna Pack. Since that Maker Pack dropped, 13 new Maker Packs have been released. A good number of these Maker Packs (5) were Halloween-related, so whether you’re here to see what is new for DLC or you really like Halloween-themed CC, let’s take a look at this October Sims 4 Marketplace Roundup!

What is The Marketplace
The Marketplace is an EA/The Sims DLC purchase portal, now also a website. There are approved ‘Makers’ or Custom Content (CC) Creators who post their Packs, all of which are EA-approved for purchase on the portal. You can access the Marketplace directly in-game, which can be convenient, since items are instantly available for gameplay. However, the Sims community has been very vocal about the Marketplace, and you can read about the controversy HERE.
What is New
The Maker Packs have offered a good variety over the past month. 5 packs I would classify as Halloween-related CC, and the others range from accessories, furniture, walls, floors, decor, hairstyles, to flower CC. Technically, the Cottage Flower Shop Pack should be in our next round-up, but I wanted the dates to line up with the blog release as much as possible. That way, I won’t second-guess myself when I see the Pack releasing on the 2nd and the blog on the 4th. There are so many Packs already that it’s difficult to keep up!
