Well, If you have not already found out… The Sims Resource has a new Digital Magazine, The Resource. This digital magazine features content directly from The Sims Resource. The Resource includes custom content of all varieties; fashion, beauty, lots, build items, buy items, and more! We wanted to start out with a bang so this first issue has over 1000 links to content all here from The Sims Resource. I completely realize that this tidal wave of the content may be a bit much, but I promise you just relax and it will be all fine. So get your mods folders ready to download some groovy CC!
The theme of this first issue is retro! Within these 112 pages, you will see content from the Retro Reboot and some other items that qualify as retro all from The Sims Resource. Of course, there are also some non-retro-styled items as well as all the tubular retro CC.
How to Find the CC Links
So how do you get all this CC into your mods folder? Well, it is quite simple. You click the area of the page around the item you want and the link takes you directly to the item or creators page here on The Sims Resource. If you are a VIP you can add the items straight to your basket. And don’t worry the links will not disrupt your page on the magazine, the links are all set to pop up as new tabs.
There are a few pages that have quite a good number of links. We pride ourselves on crediting as many things as possible. In cases like these pages, that have a lot of CC you can hover to the side of the page on the gray background and all the links will show. This way you know which areas to click. We will also link the document with all the links itemized in the center.
Artist Spotlights
In each issue, we are highlighting some of the amazing artists here at The Sims Resource. This first issue includes; Birba32, Ekinege, Enrique, Evi, Feyona, Kardofe, MSQSims, Mutske, and ReMaron. Each artist answered a few interview questions and we took some screenshots of their CC.
In addition to the artist spotlights, we like to include as many creators as we can, so you will find many different artists throughout the pages. Some artists may be more recent and some maybe retired, but they all have amazing CC!
There is even a special section of CC for male and younger Sims. Yes, we have you covered on Male CC, there is plenty here at The Sims Resource! We also have an entire page of nine shoes you need to download! This issue is bursting with Retro CC all from The Sims Resource. There is plenty of links and content for everyone in these 112 pages of over 1111 links!
Summary
Issue one of The Resource is available now for VIP members and will release soon to the public. Our goal with this new content for The Sims Resource is to provide you with plenty of sims-piration for your game. We also want you to be able to download a wide variety of technically correct content for your game.
