So how I have this broken up is into the two Universities found in the Discover University Expansion Pack. Meaning 5 lots that work for Britechester and 5 that totally fit the Foxybury vibe.
Britechester University
Welcome to the historic Britechester University, founded by the legendary Felix Psyded and home of the mascot Darby the Dragon. This university focuses on a classical education, including distinguished degrees in the Arts and humanities, giving Britechester a historic Ivy League feel. The following lots fit the University theme quite well, and if you are looking to refresh your Sim World, these are good picks.

Foxbury Institute is a sleek, contemporary, tech-focused campus. This tech-focused university has Larry the Lobster as its mascot, which my friends call “the Fighting Shrimp.” Foxbury’s distinguished degrees include science and technology programs. The following lots are perfect for the modern technical college aesthetic.
