Let’s take a closer look at the wearable wonders blooming in this fantasy-filled collection.

About the Pack

Enchanted By Nature FairiesThe Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature is a whimsical new expansion that invites players to explore the mystical aspects of the great outdoors. This pack blends fantasy with eco-friendly living, introducing a vibrant world filled with magical plants, glowing creatures, and secrets hidden deep within the forest. Players can develop a deeper spiritual connection to nature through new gameplay features such as foraging, potion brewing, and moonlit rituals. Whether you’re constructing a cozy cottage nestled among the trees or guiding your Sim towards a life of natural harmony, Enchanted by Nature offers a refreshing mix of storytelling and tranquility, enhanced with just the right touch of magic.

What You Get – Enchanted By Nature CAS

Enchanted By Nature CASI am estimating that there will be 180 pieces of Create-A-Sim (CAS) content. This includes CAS items that share the same style but are scaled for different age groups, such as hairstyles. Given the large volume of new content, I will only be able to highlight a selection of the latest pieces, as it is quite a substantial amount to review. I must admit that I am not very impressed with many of the ‘everyday’ CAS styles. Additionally, it was very time-consuming to mix and match items to achieve an aesthetically pleasing look.

Hairstyles

Enchanted by Nature CAS showcases a diverse range of hairstyles, including updos, slick-backs, shaved designs, braids, and vibrant pops of color.

Enchanted By Nature Hair

There are hairstyles available for different age groups of Sims, but most of them, if not all, are similar for teens through elders. While the styles remain consistent from elder to toddler, it would be great to have more hairstyle options specifically for toddlers and children. Not to mention, toddlers can now rock the adorable, trendy short Euro-mullet hairstyle!
Enchanted By Nature Kids

One aspect I was excited about was the introduction of new facial hair styles. However, I’m somewhat disappointed with the options available, even though they do fit the aesthetic of the expansion. I just wish there were an option to remove the flowers from the beard, in addition to being able to have them on.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

Overall, I would rate the hairstyles in this pack a 6 out of 10. It features both the Euro Mullet and a lovely long half-bun with locks style. However, the hairstyles are quite hit or miss for me and are mainly suitable for specific situations. This actually aligns well with the theme of the pack.

Makeup

When it comes to makeup options in this pack, there is limited variety; it includes just one eyeshadow and a couple of face masks or paints. I would rate the makeup a 3 out of 10. The eyeshadow isn’t bad when the opacity is reduced, and the face paint masks are quite effective for fairy looks. However, I expected to see more options, such as sparkly makeup or additional vine designs suitable for fairies. Fortunately, custom content (CC) can help fill this gap!

Townie Clothing

This section of the review took considerable time to write, and you’ll notice that I frequently mention the same pants because I am not satisfied with the quality of the bottoms in this pack. While the masculine styles fit the theme, they are quite basic. I would have preferred to see a wider variety of outdoor clothing beyond just overalls and a vest.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

When it comes to feminine styles, they can be quite hit or miss for me. There are some really cute tops, but often the bottoms that could complement them don’t quite match their level of cuteness. However, this pack does include some nice CAS (Create a Sim) outfits and separate pieces, providing a variety of styles to choose from.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

Here are my final thoughts on the Townie Clothing from this pack. Overall, it’s a bit of a hit or miss for me, as some outfits seem very specific in terms of how users can style them. The aesthetic for the feminine styles is somewhat inconsistent; however, I do appreciate the variety offered. Taking everything into account, I would rate the Townie Clothing from this pack a 4 out of 10. Additionally, the bottoms available can be quite challenging to pair with the tops in most cases.

Child and Toddler Clothing

The Enchanted by Nature CAS items do include several options for Children and Toddler Sims. Which is very refreshing, as often in kits and smaller packs, Children and toddlers are left on the back burner. All these outfits feature different swatches that range from earthy tones to pastels, which work well for outdoors and fairies, perfect for kids.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

I would rate the child and toddler clothing in this pack a 7 out of 10 because I can see myself using many of the pieces. There are also a few items that include fairy wings, which are helpful since you can’t create a child or toddler fairy in Create a Sim. I will provide more details about this in my gameplay review.

Fairy Clothing

I had a lot of fun making different-looking fairies with the new Enchanted by Nature CAS content! There is quite a lot that you can do when designing your Fairy Sims in CAS. I stopped myself at four fairies and a Satyr, which can also be made with the content in this pack. Enchanted By Nature CAS

There is quite an array of colors and earth tones in the swatches of this pack.  You can go whole ham designing your fairies with all the new genetic presets and options. The outfits that seemed more intended for the fairies are also very well done with loads of details. Because of all these reasons, I would rate the Fairy Clothing an 8 out of 10.

Accessories

One aspect I particularly enjoy about this pack is the inclusion of various hats and accessories for heads and hair. Flower crowns, outdoor hats, headbands, and tiaras all complement this pack perfectly.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

Some items may seem a bit outlandish and are definitely included for comedic effect or to enhance the storytelling experience. For instance, there’s this bucket; I’m not entirely sure what its purpose is or the story behind it, but it comes included in the pack as well.

My only complaint about the accessories is that I would have liked to see a couple more earrings and necklaces. Overall, though, I’m very happy with the selection. I would rate the accessories a 7 out of 10. To clarify, I won’t actually be using the bucket hat. LOL

Shoes

Two of my favorite items from the Enchanted by Nature CAS content are shoes. Surprise, surprise—Jezi loves shoes! For children and toddlers, there is a new pair of jelly sandals reminiscent of those from the past. They are very well made. I also really like the heels with bows and ruffles at the ankle.

This image is edited as I was having fits about the quality of the image.

My rating for the shoes, despite my desire for a little more, would be a 9 out of 10. The boots are a lovely addition, similar to the options available in Life and Death, where you can choose a design or opt not to wear them. For this pack, the Satyr’s hooves make a lot of sense as well. I also noticed that some outfits designed for fairies include shoes or foot coverings. Overall, I am very happy and excited to use these shoes!

Tattoos

The new expansion pack introduces several tattoos for your Sims. A set of intricate knotwork tattoos and a collection of vine tattoos are available in a variety of colors. The vine tattoos can cover your Sim’s body entirely. Additionally, there are some smaller, adorable tattoos, including a fairy frog and various flowers.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

I always welcome more tattoos, as they are like shoes— you can never have enough. I do like the knotwork set, but the other designs don’t quite align with my personal aesthetic. However, they match the pack perfectly, and there’s a good variety of tattoos included. Therefore, my rating for the tattoos in this pack is 7 out of 10.

Wings

One of the standout features of Enchanted by Nature is the stunning selection of fairy wings, which are not just a fashion statement—they’re truly magical. With over nine distinct wing shapes ranging from delicate and feathery to bold and iridescent, there is a style to suit every type of forest-dwelling fantasy Sim. The real enchantment, however, lies in the customization options: the wings are fully paintable, allowing you to choose from a wide spectrum of colors and patterns to create a uniquely personalized look.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

The wing customization feature is impressive, allowing me to create beautiful wings that perfectly match my fairies. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. There are at least nine distinct shapes to choose from, each with different sizes.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

I was very impressed with the wing system included in the expansion pack. No complaints here, aside from the usual minor issues. I hope to see more wing designs in the future! Therefore, I would rate the wings a 9 out of 10.

Genetics and Details

Ok, so when I was randomly generating Fairy Sims, I got jump scared as they all kept having the weirdest outfit combinations and those pointy teeth! Yes, there are more teeth now, and that second bit is creeping me out!

Enchanted By Nature CAS

There are also new presets for Fairy Sim faces, Ears, and I think I saw some new noses! So, have fun creating your Fairy Sim as there are a lot of options!

Enchanted By Nature CAS

As I mentioned, there are plenty of options available in the genetics section to create your ideal—or even nightmarish—Fairy Sim. Many of these genetic features and details can also be used for other Occult Sims, which I appreciate. If I were to rate the Fairy Genetics and Details, I would give it a solid 7 out of 10. While there’s a lot you can do, certain areas, like teeth, offer only a few options. Overall, it is quite functional, and these new options will lead to many unique Sims.

Summary

Enchanted by Nature offers a diverse selection of approximately 180 CAS The expansion pack features items that focus on fairy aesthetics, including fairy clothing, wings, celestial hairstyles, and ethereal body art. I believe the ethereal and occult elements of this pack are executed very well. However, it falls short in some areas for everyday and non-fairy Sims, particularly regarding the mix-and-match bottoms and the variety of hairstyles available. Overall, I love the fairy-themed items and clothing, many of which can also be used for everyday and formal outfits for non-occult Sims.

Enchanted By Nature CAS

Overall, the Enchanted by Nature Create-A-Sim (CAS) offers a solid selection of content. Many Simmers will find this expansion pack to be quite useful. Additionally, you can always complement the content with custom content (CC)! I would rate the CAS in this pack a 6 out of 10. The aesthetic is fairly consistent, there is a good variety of options, the shoes are lovely, and you can create many unique Fairy Sims.
