There is a new collection out today for The Sims 4, Coach Collection. Yes You read that right, Sims and Coach, two of my favorite things! The Collection was released today, FOR FREE. This collection has both CAS and Build and Buy items in it, and has the addition of a new gallery household. So let’s take a look at this exciting collection!
What is Coach
Coach is a well-known global fashion designer company founded in New York City. Coach is known for its “beautiful things, crafted to last” vision that is elegant and authentic. The company was founded in 1941 and is renowned for its handbags, purses, and wallets. Coach has more products than that. Today, the same well-stitched and crafted focus on designs is used, “to craft things better,” according to Coach’s website.
I will 100% be upfront that I am a Coach fan and the owner of many Coach bags, so I am a bit biased. A few of my bags I have had for well over ten years now.
What is in the Collection
The Coach Collection was released with a free update today, January 13, 2026. I am counting a total of ten items, plus a room and a household for Simmers. There are seven CAS items and three build and buy items. So let’s check them out!
CAS
In the Coach Collection, there are seven CAS items: a skirt, a pair of jeans, three types of jackets, shoes, and a T-shirt. One of the jacket pairs perfectly with the swatches in the skirt, so you can make a all matching set. Don’t let the fact that I accidentally used the same swatch of shoes fool you; there are quite a few swatches on them, even what looks to be a leopard print swatch.
Build and Buy
The build and buy items are what I expect from the quality of Coach. Just too bad they are not wearable purses! I love them. These bags are signature Coach pieces. If you’re a Coach collector, you probably have one or both of the Tabby and Brooklyn Bags.
Gallery
The update and Coach Collection also came with three new EA Sims to the gallery, as well as a room to display your Coach items. I struggled to get Jonie and Selena to look somewhat happy in these images and still failed miserably!
Final Thoughts
So I like half the items in the Coach Collection. To me, that half I like was expected. As a Coach fan, I would have thought the emphasis on the selections of CAS would be a bit more sophisticated than sporty/comfortable. But I looked at the site, and these items are, in fact, IRL items. I adore the skirt, matching jacket, and shoes, but I personally would have picked different items for a designer brand built on sustainability and minimalist glam would have more leather jacket or boots options. I get that there needs to be a mix of options, but I just feel the CAS section is a little heavy on the Sport/extra comfy side.
Aside from that, I really wanted a wearable purse. 🙁 Teasing us with those gorgeous purses and purse charms only to have them sit in a corner to collect dust.
