Hey Simmers, welcome to a new series: The Simmer’s Challenge Guide! In these guides, we will summarize the Sims 4 Challenge, share what we think, how difficult it is, how far we got, and where to find more information. Today, we’re taking a quick look at the Sims 4 100 Baby Challenge. This may seem like a simple challenge: just make your Sim have lots and lots of babies; however, it is not that simple. The rules go deep, and it can be a hard but fun challenge to accomplish!
How to Play The 100 Baby Challenge

Where do you even start with this challenge? First, create a young adult sim called the matriarch. The matriarch can have any gender and personality customizations, but must be able to get pregnant and receive romance socials from other sims who can impregnate them.
Now that you’ve created your matriarch, move them into any home you like using only their starting funds. (No cheating!) If you’re not pleased with your starting housing arrangement, don’t worry. You’re free to move your matriarch into another home in the future as long as they can afford it without cheating.
Now that you’re settled in, it’s time for the most important part. You need to find a sim, or a variety of sims, to impregnate your matriarch and reach the goal of 100 children.
Where to Find More Information on the 100 Baby Challenge
Those are just the basics; plenty of constraints and rules go beyond the core concept. Thankfully, these intricate rules are outlined here: The Official 100 Baby Challenge – Snarky Sims.
Final Thoughts

This challenge can be daunting at first, and from experience, it can be a bit of a struggle, but it’s still fun. I have given it a go several times, and most recently I made it to about 60 babies… I lost count, and I consider this a much improved number for my 100 Baby Challenge with my Simself. Now that you have the basics, you can partake in this wonderful challenge. Have fun, Simmers, and stay tuned for our next Sims Challenge Guide.
