Who is ready for some CC Links from our Grace Anansi Sims 4 Makeover! This was a feature series that ReMaron and I (Jezi) posted on Discord, featuring a clip of a Makeover transformation of a Sims 4 Townie. The Outfit
Grace is a magic user, so I figured we could do better with CC… much better, and spin Grace’s magic-user look into something epic and screaming with magic. The high-slit pentagram dress and knee-high boots, I think, accomplish this in their own right. Together, these two pieces create an iconic magic-user look, making it fairly obvious that Grace is either a magic user or really enjoys the occult or gothic aesthetics.
The Accessories & Makeup
Now the details, putting it alllll together to create a stunning magic-user look for Grace. I added CC nails, a necklace, gloves, fishnets, rings, and a crown to give Grace a nice, full-on outfit look. Eyelashes and makeup for depth to really finish off her look. That dark eyeshadow really adds a creepy, mysterious element, which is perfect for the magic-user look I was going for.
Genetics
Skin details, overlays, brows, eyes, and hair always make a huge difference. Grace still has all the facial structures she had; however, she looks completely different and very unique. The hairstyle is listed in the above section and I really wanted to give Grace a full on upgrade to her hair. I think the two-tone colors add a lot of depth and brighten the overall look. It is still very magical with loads of goth and creepy magic vibes, but that was the idea and goal!
Final Results
I think for a makeover at this level and completely different aesthetic direction, it came out quite well with all the details really adding up to the whole look. We went from very basic Academia to Gothic Boho/Glam really quick. This is definitely more of an alpha makeover than I typically do, but it all works so well together. For me, it is the eyes, makeup, and dress that really sell the look. Grace looks powerful, and looking at her, I think my goal of styling her as an obvious magic user has succeeded.
