Everyone knows that love can be found in the strangest ways in The Sims 4. You can romance the occult, find love on a dating app, or do it the old-fashioned way: tracking down a Sim you find attractive. However, with The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy, a Sim’s love life can get a lot more interesting. Does your Sim not have the best luck with love? Do they often find themselves wandering through the forest and bothering the local wildlife? What if we told you that your Sims could find love amongst the wildlife? Pucker up, froggies.
Give A Frog A Kiss
The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy expansion pack brought a very interesting feature to the game. Kissing frogs! Yep, you read that right: your Sim can kiss a Frog in The Sims 4. If you own Royalty & Legacy, your Sims can pucker up and smooch a frog. However, it’s not just any frog that a Sim can kiss. It has to be a very specific species: the noble frog! These frogs don’t just appear anywhere! Your Sims have to travel to Ondarion to find them.
Once your Sim finds the noble frog, it’ll hop into their inventory. To kiss the amphibian nobility, they must be placed in the world. Only then can you select to kiss the slimy lips of the noble frog. If that’s your Sims thing, who are we to judge? Apparently, it is Cinnamoroll_miffy‘s Sims sort of thing. Over on r/LowSodiumSimmers, we see that OP’s Sim was ready to smooch the frog! Is it as romantic as a fairy tale, or were her hopes dashed once she kissed those cold, frog lips?

A Froggy Fairytale
Margot Sterling had a whole life planned out for her. One that did not include loving an amphibian. However, the heart wants what it wants. And in this case, it wanted a fairytale romance with a noble frog. Margot stumbled across the frog and, for whatever reason, decided to kiss it. Upon kissing the frog, he transformed into a handsome noble man. What luck!
Now Margot and her froggy lover are deeply in love. It wasn’t the story that OP had in mind for Margot, but sometimes our Sims write their own stories. We wish Margot well in her fairytale, and hope that her life has changed for the better! As noble frogs spawn at level 7 of the Noble career, it seems that this has changed her life. Margot is now of nobility! Good for her!
We’re not saying to go around giving random frogs a kiss, but who knows go kiss a frog in the Sims 4? Your Sims soulmate may just be waiting for them in Ondarion. Go ahead and kiss the frog. Mwah!
