There are several ways to increase your chances, but let’s start with one of the simpler ways. With only 3,000 satisfaction points, you can purchase the Fertile trait for your Sim. Not only does this trait increase the chances of having twins or triplets, but it also gives your Sim a higher chance of Try for Baby working on the first try. Whims are rather easy to complete, so reaching 3,000 satisfaction points should be a breeze. However, if you’re a player who likes to use cheats, feel free to reward yourself with those points!
Elixir of Fertility
If you own The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat Game Pack, then you can make the Elixir of Fertility. All your Sim needs is 1 Blackberry, 1 Dust Spirit, 2 False Morel, and 3 Morel Mushrooms. After you have gathered all the ingredients, you can brew the potion at any grill, stove, or cauldron. Its effects are similar to the Fertile trait.
Fertility Massage
Is your Sim feeling a little tense about not being able to conceive more than one offspring? Have them receive a massage. A fertility massage! This is only available through The Sims 4 Spa Day Game Pack. After the massage is over, your Sim will receive a moodlet called Fertility Boost. It lasts for 12 in-game hours. Having your Sim Try for Baby during the 12 hours will increase the chances of having twins or triplets.
On Ley Line
This is another method that relies on a pack. If you own The Sims 4 City Living Expansion Pack, then you’re in luck! Enter Build/Buy mode and navigate to the Traits Panel. Select the On Ley Line trait. After you return to Live mode, have your Sims go to any woohoo spot and try for a baby. This method seems to yield the most results. Just don’t forget to remove it after you get the twins or triplets, or else you’ll have a full house.
