Welcome to another Sims 4 CC Finds here at TSR! Today, we are taking a look at Hidden Gems, specifically genetics and skin detail CC. I am only highlighting 10 items, but hopefully this is enough to get you started and show you where to look for these items that many do not even know are here.
Hidden Gems: Genetic Presets & Skin Details
Here at TSR, we have millions of CC items, so this is to help you find what you are looking for, or maybe you didn’t know it existed. When I started installing CC back in The Sims 2, I did not even realize CC of this nature existed until The Sims 4. Genetic presets and skin detail CC are pivotal for making your Sims look unique. The game only has so many presets, but with CC items, the sky is the limit. Then, by adding skin details on top of the presets, you create unique-looking Sims for your gameplay.
So how do you know if a CC here on TSR is a makeup or skin detial piece? Generally the artists will specifiy in the description where the items will be located in your game. Or if you look at the listing of the item under the title of the item it will show the category of that item. (I put a teal box over that section so it is easy to see in the image above)
The Downloads
Just one more thing before we get to the downloads, if you are looking for more of this type of CC you can search for the term I have listed before the title of the itesm. So for example our first item is Body Preset: Body Preset No 7 by PlayersWonderland. The search term I used to locate this item was “Body Preset,” so what ever the term is before the colon : is what I used on TSR to find the item.
