Intro
Welcome to another Fabulous edition of Drab to Fab, where we transform base lots into something totally CCified. This month, with all this CC, we are helping you get ready for the upcoming Expansion Pack – The Sims 4 Royalty and Legacy! You got that right, we are giving the Von Haunt Estate Lot a makeover and creating a Museum Throne Room as a new attraction for Sims.
The Client
Our client is the owner of the Von Haunt Estate, a popular party and event venue, and vistable lot. It definitely feels museum-like, but for weddings and fancy parties, it is pretty perfect. The owner, Judith Ward, wanted to turn the classic snooze room into something a bit more exciting, so they hired us to transform this room into a throne room highlighting different cultures and time periods.
The Before

Before this room was a pretty standard classic bedroom, definitely not the most exciting room on the lot. It is also quite a small space, and we were told we cannot expand or move the walls around due to the nature of the historic lot, so this will be a challenge to create the Museum Throne Room.
Buy items
Let’s dive right in. There is a lot of CC available in this room from all over the world that you will find useful for your Royalty and Legacy Builds.
The Throne
The centerpiece of this room is the throne, so all areas point to focus on it. However, we still need lots of other things to look at in the room. The throne still looks comfy and like a good place to sit still today.

| Throne | Log Frame & Wall Seperator | Curtians | Wall Skin & Tapestry |
| Circular Wall Decor 1, 2 (EA Journey to Batu) | Garland | Rug | Wall Ivy |
Wall Decor
Being that this is a Museum Throne Room exhibit, there needs to be minimal open wall space to give viewers plenty to look at. A variety of paintings, wall decor, and tapestries also provides a nice mix of wall decor.

| Small Paintings | Wooden Art | Medium Paintings | Large Paintings |
| Circular Art 1, 2 | Shield and Sword Set | Jewelry Artifacts (EA) | Tapestry 1, 2 |
Plants
Of course, there are tons and tons of plants here; it’s got to give the caretaker something to do. Watering all these plants should keep them easily busy.

| Planter Pot | Plantable Plant | Chalice | Fruit |
| Large Plant Plant 1, 2, 3, 4 | Small Plant 1, 2, 3, | Red Plant | Fruit Basket |
| Vase 1, 2, 3, 4 | Vase 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 | Cup | Viking Shield |
| Bread Basket | Side Table | Chest | Roses |
Artifact Decor
Aside from the throne, we needed some main points of interest. Jewelry and swords are always good starter pieces when it comes to museum exhibits.

| Chest | Sword | Necklace | Wall Skin |
| Scarab | Flowers | Bust | Table |
| Cup | Egg | Tiara | Jewlery |
Final Thoughts

Overall, I think the space is filled quite nicely with loads of artifacts and throne room decor, and elements from all over the world. The task is definitely complete. It was honestly harder to use items from all over the world and make them look like a display than to stick to one general theme. The space was also quite small, so I am excited to work with a properly sized throne room VERY soon!
