Annoying Sim Habits That We Players Share
Sims are addicted to their phones. They constantly pull them out and browse the web, play mobile games, or send a quick text. It’s annoyingly obnoxious to witness when they’ve canceled an interaction to just play on their phone. Though as annoying as it is, are we any different? Many commenters on the thread said that they were just as guilty as their Sims when it comes to whipping out their phones. Maybe our Sims have a TikTok addiction too.
How many times has a Sim walked into a room for something and just stopped, dazed and confused? Too many to count, right? Though we’re just as guilty! Maybe we’re just all Sims that have had their actions canceled. We can’t tell you the amount of times we’ve forgotten what we were doing while doing it! It’s embarrassingly accurate.
There’s nothing more Sims love to do than sit on the couch and stare at the wall while they have actions queued up. But how many of us players do the same? You know that you need to wash the dishes, but you can’t snap out of it. The couch has claimed you. You sit idly, staring at your phone or into the empty space, the tasks you need to do playing in the back of your mind. We’ll be stuck on the couch for hours, just like our Sims.
Quick meals are a blessing and a curse. You pop a cup of noodles in the microwave, and they’re done within minutes. It’s helpful in real life and in The Sims! But when you eat too many cup noodles several meals in a row, tummy problems start to occur. The same can be said for our Sims. They eat several quick meals and get an uncomfortable moodlet because the food quality is poor. We get it. We do. However, will our Sims or we stop doing it? Probably not.
We’re More Alike Than We Thought
It’s shocking how similar players are to their Sims. Maybe we need to cut our Sims some slack about their bad habits! At the end of the day, we’re not so different. The Sims 4 is more realistic than we thought!
