It’s all fine and dandy for a Sim to have a hobby. Sometimes though, Sims get a bit obsessed with their hobbies. Maybe it’s cooking too many grilled cheeses or cakes, making too many mixed drinks, or talking to their plants all day, every day. That’s this Sim’s problem: they love talking to their plants more than to other Sims. It’s a bit concerning.
According to Reddit user FirefighterLevel8450, their Sim spent nine hours talking to plants, leaving their child at home while they chatted with them! That’s some true obsessive dedication. We can’t help but wonder what these plants have to say that is so captivating. It must be something juicy for this sim to stay and discuss whatever with them.

Whatever her reason is, she definitely needs to go home to her kid! Those plants can’t be that interesting. After nine hours of nonstop plant chatting, she finally lay down on a bench for a power nap. We guess talking to plants is exhausting business. We just hope she loves her kid as much as she loves those plants!
No matter the Sim, they’ll always find a way to obsess over something. Plants, grilled cheeses, the computer… it doesn’t matter. Trust us, they’ll find a way. Dag dag!
