One thing about Sims: they will always find a way to make what they want happen. If they decide that they want to live in a fancy mansion with only 20k Simoleons to their name? They’ll make it happen. A family of ghosts wants to have their dream life? Say no more; they’re already moving in. In one player’s save, that’s exactly what happened on r/Sims4.
Life After Death
Thanks to The Sims 4: Life & Death expansion pack, there’s more to Ghost Sims than there once was. Now, they’ve evolved beyond the old, boring occult that players barely even considered supernatural. Life after death gives these paranormal Sims the ability to work towards completing their Life’s Journey, much like the living do.
For Reddit user u/KALEJVI2009, their ghost Sims are living it up. They reside in a lovely mansion as a large family of 8. Within this family are 7 ghosts and one baby human. Did they adopt the little bundle of joy? Was the baby born before the death of the mother? The coming about of this baby will remain a mystery. However the baby came to be, they may be a blessing to these ghostly caregivers.
With the gift of life given to these Sims, their afterlife has been given more purpose. Although we think that maybe this wasn’t the afterlife that these ghosts expected. Most die, float around a bit, and break a sink or two. But these Sims are having an entirely different afterlife. They’re managing a full family, a mansion to maintain, and a baby to care for. For these Sims, even death isn’t the end. It’s a new chapter. A chapter of paying bills, changing diapers, and fighting over who gets to possess the TV.
