Welcome to another Sims 4 CC Finds here at TSR! Today we are looking at Western and Country Life Community Lots. Western, cottages, and country just go so well with fall; I can’t help myself. It is almost fall here in the US, so we are going to get our Sims ready with the perfect fall lots. Of course, as always, there are loads more here to download, so I picked a variety to give you plenty to choose from. So get your basket ready and let’s go download some CC!

The Lots
Alright, we have 10 Fall, Country, Western, Rural, Rustic, and Cottage-style Community Lots for your Sims. I found a variety of lot types, so I made sure to include different ones. We don’t want 10 Saloons… well, maybe our Sims do. But real talk. Look at that Pumpkin Barn Cafe; if that does not scream fall, I don’t know what does. So we have cafes, bars, restaurants, parks, wedding venues, and more, all right here for you to download!
